Exhibit sharing updates
We’ve been steadily updating our exhibit sharing features, adding participant interaction tracking, support for uploading larger files, optimizing auto scrolling, and improving malware scanning for all uploaded exhibits.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
We added the option for SSO access to the Prevail platform, enhancing security and efficiency for our users. Learn more
User interface optimizations
Prevail’s Dashboard, Session index, Briefcase, Transcript Search results pages, user profiles, and more received updated layouts, an optimized color palette, and other user experience improvements this year. Learn more
Live Session flag search and filtering
Session participants can now search text and flags in the AI Transcript during a Session using new search options in the AI Transcript panel. Learn more
Mobile UI improvements
We are continually optimizing platform dashboards and interfaces to work better on mobile devices of varying resolutions, providing a consistent user experience regardless of device.
In-session help button
To expedite technical support processes, we added a button to the Session toolbar to immediately alert our Technical Support team, enabling them to collaborate with Session Hosts and resolve issues in moments. Learn more
Self-service Sessions
Users can now request new Sessions with a simple webform, streamlining scheduling operations. Learn more
First REST API implementation
We built our first custom API integration this year, enabling bulk scheduling of Sessions by integrating with the client’s system via API.
Organization groups with labels
Organization Owners can now easily assign cascading user permissions to all users by labeling them as part of a Group, improving collaboration efficiency. Learn more
